Returns & Repairs
We do not accept returns on pre-ordered items, special orders, clearance items, books, star charts or stationary items. We cannot accept items returned to us more than 30 days after accepting the return.
Items that are returned more than 14 days after shipment, are in unsalable condition, or are missing parts (including packaging) may be returned at our discretion and you may be charged a restocking fee.
Factory defects are covered by the terms of the manufacturer's warranties and can only be exchanged for identical equipment.
We will often ask to inspect any item before offering a refund or exchange. Please contact us before returning anything!
We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. If the original payment was by credit card your card will be refunded, otherwise the refund will be by direct credit. You can expect the refund within 10 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
