This Extra Flat Field 1.25" eyepiece minimises field curvature for flatter, non-distorted images. It has a 16mm focal length and features a 65° apparent field of view
This wide angle eyepiece features an innovative rotary rubber eye cup making it easy to use and blocks unwanted ambient light and positions the eye at the optimal distance from the lens. The eyepiece lenses are fully multi-coated with ultra-high transmittance broadband coatings to give outstanding brightness and contrast. The lens edges are blackened to eliminate stray light.

I have 2x EF 16 mm eps. that I use in my binoscope. They are good quality for the price. They give a wide angle image with minimal distortions. Eye placement is easy with 'no jelly' beaning. These are far superior to comon Plossl eyepieces and are well worth the additional. price.
