Bought this for archery. It is heavy but what that’s what I wanted. It is solid in the ground and will not be blown over. I have accidentally knocked it with my bow when shooting and the scope has not moved a millimetre. Perfect!

I almost went for the Manfrotto Element M2 but glad I didn't. In comparison with this tripod from ASTRONZ the Manfrotto seemed flimsy. I'm using a Skywatcher Mini star tracker so a very small payload at present. I like the well-made padded carry bag, and the legs that extend super high if needed. In all, a good standard of finish at a good price. I feel I could easily progress into deep space photography with this tripod allied with a bigger star tracker and telescope.
