iOptron CEM26 GoTo EQ Mount with iPolar

Introducing iOptron's new compact next-generation center-balance equatorial mounts the CEM26!

The CEM26, like its predecessors, prioritizes portability, weighing only 4.5kg but able to support up to a 12kg payload, resulting in an impressive 2.6 mount weight to payload ratio. The center-balanced design focuses the mount and payload weight directly on the tripod's center, providing natural stability, enabling such ratios.

The CEM26 expands on earlier CEM models by adding convenience and functionality. Its positive lock gear engagement system is easy to use, even while wearing gloves. The built-in Wi-Fi feature allows for unparalleled connectivity, and the mount also has a recordable permanent periodic error correction (PPEC) for optimal PEC training sessions. The CEM26 delivers precise pointing and accurate tracking, setting a new standard for compact equatorial mounts.

The adjustable counterweight bar prevents obstruction with the tripod, and polar aligning is quick and accessible at all times since the polar scope is not blocked by the declination shaft. The CEM26 is also equipped with the latest advanced GOTONOVA® GOTO technology, with a database of over 212,000+ objects. Its intuitive Go2Nova® Hand Controller and large 4-line LCD screen simplify the process of setting telescopes and locating objects.

The CEM26 comes with a heavy-duty stainless steel tripod and the iPolar electronic polar scope.
